Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a strong track record.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and diagnostic tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, services and basic mechanical principles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in a senior or lead advisor role is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).
