• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
