Qualifications

• Registered Architect with SACAP (PrArch).
• Minimum 10 years post-registration experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale developments.
• Strong design, technical, and project management skills.
• Excellent client and team communication for Port Elizabeth projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and delivery from concept to completion.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and sustainability targets.
