You will oversee all phases from client engagement and design development to construction and handover, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of architectural processes, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and SA regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana) and BIM platforms.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and coordinate project teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments and resource allocation.
• Oversee preparation of design documentation, permits, and approvals.
