Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead major architectural projects in Nelspruit. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from client consultations and design development to construction administration and close-out, while managing teams and ensuring design quality.

You will collaborate with clients, lead detailed drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in architectural practice with strong project management experience.
• Registered Architect with SACAP and proficient in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects to successful delivery.
• Liaise with clients to capture requirements and provide updates.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Oversee construction administration, site inspections, and contractor coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative design team.
