Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is the minimum academic requirement.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a customer service ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
• G-Suites and Zapier would be advantageous.
• Highly adaptable team player who takes initiative and is self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong typing skills with minimal errors.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with a varied, fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks such as creating reorders, capturing POPs and processing refunds.
• Conduct fraud checks and manage fraud profiles.
• Liaise with the broader Customer Service team and other departments (Procurement, Finance).
• Send timely mass communications to customers and resolve resulting queries.
• Populate information across platforms and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service to achieve best outcomes within the shortest resolution time.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Escalate operational risks and follow existing SOPs, updating as needed.
• Maintain SLA and KPI targets during peak periods.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties to support business needs.
