Qualifications

• 6–18 months experience in customer support or a contact centre.
• Confidence across chat, email, voice and social channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
• Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
