OneDayOnly.co.za in Johannesburg is seeking a Seasonal Reverse Logistics Administrator to join our team during the busy trading period from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. This fixed-term role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will support the Reverse Logistics team by processing returns, completing administrative tasks, updating records, and assisting both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or reverse logistics is beneficial but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including standing for extended periods and regularly handling returned products and pallets.
• Comfortable using computer systems, with experience in Google Sheets, Zendesk, or Asana being advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Unpack pallets and unbox returned products for inspection and processing.
• Complete basic physical assessments of returned products in line with company procedures.
• Capture and maintain accurate records for customer returns and supplier returns.
• Process returned products and ensure all required information is recorded correctly.
• Keep spreadsheets, systems, and documents up to date with accurate information.
• Respond to emails and Asana tasks within expected timelines.
• Assist customers professionally via email, phone, and face-to-face when they visit our Distribution Centre.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adapt to process changes when required.
• Escalate product or customer issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Provide general administrative support to the Reverse Logistics team.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as required during the peak trading period.
