Placements24 in Mahikeng is seeking a result-driven Sales Team Lead to guide and motivate the sales floor at our North West store. You will coach, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve individual and store targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will monitor performance metrics, provide ongoing feedback, and support inventory and visual merchandising as needed to maximise sales growth and customer engagement.
