Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative (Appointment Setting & Upselling)

We are hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to convert incoming calls into booked appointments and membership upsells for a home services business.

This is a conversion-focused sales role, not a traditional customer support position. You will handle inbound calls from customers, guide conversations, overcome objections, and drive clear outcomes.

You will play a key role in revenue generation, turning inquiries into appointments while maintaining a strong customer experience during often high-stress situations.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (CST Shifts Available)

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM CST

Compensation:

• Base: Starting at $1,200 USD/month
• Performance incentives + quarterly bonuses
• Top performers: $2,500+ USD/month

What You’ll Own

• Inbound call conversion (appointments + upsells)
• Customer conversations and objection handling
• CRM updates and call tracking
• Contribution to sales performance and conversion rates
