Job Title: Sales & Customer Success Representative

About the Company:

Our client is a real estate company operating in Canada.

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls, following up with existing leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the company's field sales representatives. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has strong English communication skills, and is comfortable with consistent follow-up and handling rejection. The company already has a strong supply of leads, including names and phone numbers, so this role is primarily focused on calling, following up, qualifying, and moving prospects toward an appointment or sale. The role requires someone who can spend a significant portion of the day on the phone and consistently follow up with prospects.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Answer inbound calls and speak with prospective customers.
  • Follow up consistently with existing leads via phone.
  • Re-engage customers who have not yet moved forward.
  • Qualify prospects and determine their level of interest.
  • Set appointments for field sales representatives to visit customers at their homes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Look for opportunities to move qualified prospects toward a sale.
  • Potentially assist with closing deals when appropriate.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly handed off.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call-center experience preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication style.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
  • Persistent and resilient when dealing with rejection.
  • Able to stay motivated after hearing "no" repeatedly.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working an evening-oriented schedule.
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not explicitly required.

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 8 hours per day.

Proposed schedule of around 11:00 AM–7:00 PM Mountain Time.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
  • Possibility of commission or additional compensation for candidates who are able to close deals.
