What you'll do

• Respond to, qualify, and convert inbound leads via phone, text, and email
• Present our services, handle objections, and close sales
• Send invoices and collect deposits to secure new client engagements
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently on open opportunities
• Hit monthly sales targets tied to commission

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of sales experience (phone/inside sales or agency sales preferred)
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Comfortable with CRM software, invoicing tools, and payment collection workflows
• Self-managed, reliable, and motivated by performance-based pay

Compensation & terms

• $1,000–$4,000/month: base salary plus uncapped commission, paid monthly
• 12-month employment contract with potential for renewal
