Placements24 is seeking a Sales Representative for Paarl and surrounding Western Cape regions. You will drive FMCG product sales, engage with store managers and buyers, and expand market presence through proactive account development.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and relationship-building in a dynamic field-sales environment. The position offers an uncapped commission structure, travel reimbursements, and comprehensive product training.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Present and sell the company’s FMCG portfolio to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, owners, and buyers.
