Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Representative for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning your own pipeline of UK prospects. You will be the first voice UK prospects hear from our client.

You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery conversations and move good opportunities to the next stage, working to clear monthly targets. You will operate on UK hours (09:00–17:00 GMT) and collaborate with a friendly, remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales or customer-facing roles.
• Clear spoken and written English with a confident phone manner.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Able to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection.

Role overview

You will be the first voice UK prospects hear from our client. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery conversations and move good opportunities to the next stage, working to clear monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads by phone, email and chat
• Run short discovery calls and book demos for senior colleagues
• Keep every lead, call and next step updated in the CRM
• Follow up consistently until a lead converts or closes
• Report weekly on calls, meetings booked and deals progressed

What you'll need

• Experience in a sales, telesales or customer-facing role
• Clear spoken and written English with a confident phone manner
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
• Comfort working to weekly and monthly targets
• A reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience selling to UK or international customers
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with cold outreach sequences
