Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Representative for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning your own pipeline of UK prospects. You will be the first voice UK prospects hear from our client.

You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery conversations and move good opportunities to the next stage, working to clear monthly targets. You will operate on UK hours (09:00–17:00 GMT) and collaborate with a friendly, remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales or customer-facing roles.
• Clear spoken and written English with a confident phone manner.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Able to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, run discovery conversations.
• Move opportunities through the pipeline to the next stage.
• Book demos and support senior colleagues.
• Keep all lead activity updated in the CRM.
• Report weekly on calls, meetings booked and deals progressed.
