Are you an experienced Sales Manager or team leader ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client, based in Sandton, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join their established team.

In this role, you will oversee and guide the sales team to meet company targets, foster client growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  2. Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  4. Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve performance goals.
  5. Coordinate sales efforts and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Management role.
  • Proven experience managing a team and selling corporate products and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies within a corporate setting.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
