We are recruiting for a B2B Sales Development / Business Development professional to join a growing outsourcing business.

This is a true new-business role — identifying target companies, finding decision-makers, making the calls, creating conversations and booking meetings for senior Business Development & Operations leaders.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong B2B sales / lead generation background / app setting / outreach

• Is confident on the phone and with LinkedIn outreach

• Can engage senior decision-makers

• Knows how to research and personalise outreach

• Is commercially driven and enjoys opening doors

Experience in Financial Services, Utilities, BPO or Outsourcing would be a big plus.
