Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a store associate to help customers find products, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure every item is clearly ticketed.

You will follow opening and closing procedures, assist with stock checks and expiries, handle cash at the till, and participate in ongoing training at our Wellness Training Academy. Weekend and extended retail hours availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassador mindset.
• Basic computer literacy to handle simple till/stock systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency assessment achieved.

Responsibilities

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising standards are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Assist with stock checks and product expiry date checking.
• Cash handling at the point of sale and with cash ups.
• Engage in ongoing training through the Wellness Training Academy and supplier training.
