Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring a retail team member for our Stellenbosch location. You will guide customers to products, support merchandising standards, and help with stock checks and ticketing. The role includes opening/closing duties and occasional POS cash handling.

We value weekend availability, basic computer literacy, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Training and career growth are supported through our Wellness Academy and CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Interest in health and wellness as a brand ambassador.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Competency Assessment achieved.

Responsibilities

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Ensure merchandising principles and ticketing are maintained.
• Accurate receiving, stock counts and expiry checks.
• Assist at point of sale and with cash handling.
