This entry-level to early-career role offers hybrid work with a 3-day office policy in Cape Town, a base salary between R22,000 and R27,000 per month plus uncapped commission and potential on-target earnings of around R12,000.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales
• Proven ability to generate and qualify new leads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
• Comfort working in a startup or scale-up environment

Aufgaben

• Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and research
• Identify and qualify potential employer customers
• Run discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points
• Book meetings for Account Executives and support handover into the sales process
• Follow up on leads and nurture early-stage prospects; Maintain accurate CRM records
• Report on activity levels, meeting volume, and conversion metrics
• Attend events and networking sessions to generate leads
• Share structured feedback from the market with the sales and product teams
