Job summary

Cue is expanding its South African sales team and seeks a driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to build the local pipeline. You will generate high-quality opportunities, qualify prospects, and hand over meetings to Account Executives with clear context.

The role is fully remote within South Africa, targeting a national market with metrics for activity, qualification, and meetings. Strong phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in outbound-focused roles such as SDR/BDR.
• SaaS experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient with high-volume outreach and rejection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Research and identify businesses that fit Cue's ICP.
• Map target accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Build and work targeted prospect lists with available tools.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria including need, fit, authority and timing.
• Book meetings that are qualified and attended; ensure context for AE handover.
