Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to cover the Rustenburg region in North West. You will build and maintain client relationships, present industrial equipment solutions, and drive new business while traveling regularly to mining and manufacturing sites.

Formación

• 3–5 years of field sales experience in industrial equipment or B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel.
• Able to learn complex product specifications and provide technical explanations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow sales territory and meet/exceed targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to client locations and present product value.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiating terms to close deals.
• Provide technical explanations and product demonstrations.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Collaborate with internal support team for timely delivery and after-sales service.
• Gather market intelligence and report to management.
