Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in field sales, preferably industrial equipment or B2B.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve quotas.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationships.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn product specifications.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for frequent travel in Rustenburg region.
• Related tertiary qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a sales territory by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Present and sell the range of industrial equipment to clients.
• Provide technical explanations and product demonstrations.
