Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to cover the Rustenburg area, driving product adoption and building relationships with clients. The role requires regular travel within the region and a drive to exceed targets with exceptional customer service.

You will prospect, pitch, demonstrate products, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field/external sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage schedules/routes in Rustenburg.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Rustenburg region.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new business within the assigned territory through face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations at client premises.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from contact to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with diverse clients.
• Provide market feedback to sales management on customer needs and competition.
