Placements24 is seeking an experienced Commercial Bank Manager to lead the Rustenburg branch. This on-site role oversees commercial banking services, business development, client relationships, risk assessment, and team leadership.

You will drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold regulatory compliance. The role focuses on expanding the bank's presence in the North West region and mentoring the banking team to achieve strong performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in commercial banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development, credit analysis, and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive business development initiatives to attract new commercial clients and expand existing relationships.
• Oversee credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management for commercial lending activities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial banking team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
