Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in commercial banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development, credit analysis, and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
