Placements24 is seeking an experienced Commercial Bank Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients in Rustenburg. You will foster strong relationships, assess financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial banking, solid credit analysis knowledge, and a proven record in business development within the North West region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management or business development.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring and banking regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing commercial banking clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Actively pursue new business development opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
• Assess client financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury management solutions.
• Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of potential and existing clients to make informed lending decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences.
