Placements24 is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Rustenburg facility in the North West province. You will drive branch performance, oversee a diverse team, and maintain high service standards while expanding client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at least four years in branch leadership, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while managing CRM processes and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
• Manage staff performance, provide training, and foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and maintained.
• Monitor branch finances, manage budgets, and control operational expenses.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in Rustenburg.
