• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets and turnaround times.
• Maintain ATS and report on pipeline, conversion and progress.
• Manage offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified agents to support ramp-up hiring.

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Recruiters to join an RPO project on a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and delivering call centre agents across Gauteng, working to tight timelines and hiring volumes.
This is a fast-paced role for a recruiters who thrives on volume, enjoys working to targets and can keep candidates engaged from first contact through to start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for call centre agent roles, from sourcing to placement
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals and walk-in or campus channels
• Screen candidates by phone and CV, assessing communication skills, customer service aptitude and suitability for call centre environments
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, and manage candidate feedback
• Meet agreed weekly and monthly hiring targets and turnaround times
• Keep the ATS or tracking system updated, and report on pipeline, conversion and progress
• Manage candidate expectations, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified agents to support ongoing and ramp-up hiring

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in high-volume or call centre recruitment (RPO or agency experience advantageous)
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn and social media
• Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
• Proficiency with an ATS and Microsoft Office
