Boardroom Appointments is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Consultant for its Bedfordview team. You will attract top talent, build robust candidate pipelines, and deliver successful placements while meeting KPIs and client expectations.

The role demands a proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting job specs, sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offering management, with a focus on IT, sales, and general roles.

Formación

• Formal HR qualification or higher.
• Minimum 2 years internal recruitment experience and 3 years agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Technical, Sales, IT and Generalist roles.

• Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
• Excellent communications and reporting skills
