Job summary

The Unlimited Global Business Solutions is seeking a BPO Recruiter to join our growing team in Durban. You will drive the candidate pipeline, source through multiple channels, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, handling high volumes with a focus on quality and speed.

You will engage with candidates daily, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with operations to meet hiring targets. This role offers incentives, learning opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Matric or HR qualification is advantageous.
• 1-3 years of recruitment or administration experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or BPO preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable meeting targets and managing multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephonic pre-screen interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Issue offers and support candidates through acceptance.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Matric (tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field advantageous)
• 1-3 years' recruitment or administration experience
• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment or BPO environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards targets and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes
