The Unlimited in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a BPO Recruiter to drive candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while owning recruitment from sourcing through to offer.

This role suits a candidate who thrives on high volumes, targets, and delivering a smooth candidate experience; you will work closely with operations to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment or administration experience.
• Matric and related HR/business qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephonic pre-screen interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Issue offers and support candidates through the acceptance process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to meet hiring targets on time.

What We're Looking For

• Matric (tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field advantageous)
  
• 1-3 years' recruitment or administration experience
  
• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment or BPO environment preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working towards targets and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes
