Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Rewards Solutions Lead to develop and implement reward strategies, policies and frameworks.
• Manage aspects of reward and benefits programs, conduct in-depth research and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
• Report directly to the Group Rewards Solutions Lead and help shape the organisation's reward landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency and excellence in reward management and provide design input to LTIs, STIs, Benefits and Reward Solutions Strategy Design.
