TFG is seeking a Reward Consultant to design and manage comprehensive reward programs. You will ensure compensation strategies are competitive and aligned with business objectives, offering expert guidance to HR and management teams.

You will act as the first contact for HR business partners and line managers on remuneration queries, while preparing proposals, coordinating annual reviews, and supporting audits and legislative reporting. Strong Excel skills and GRP awareness are preferred.

Formación

• Has hands-on experience with remuneration processes like annual pay reviews, salary structures, benchmarking surveys and legislative reporting.
• 2 to 3 years of remuneration experience in a large corporate or retail environment.
• GRP certification is advantageous and relevant degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for HRBPs and line managers on remuneration queries and changes.
• Prepare remuneration proposals in line with policy, SLAs and quality standards.
• Coordinate and implement annual review activities across the Group.
• Prepare and submit legislative reports with data verification and testing.
• Support monthly remuneration and legislative compliance audits.
• Compile and validate external benchmarking survey submissions.
• Maintain and update remuneration calculators and tools.
• Draft clear reward communications to support remuneration activities.
• Contribute to reward projects as needed.
