• Cape Town-based candidates preferred with revenue and reservations management experience.

A Western Cape hospitality company specialising in short-term rental sand property management for over 100 properties, seeks a business driven manager with the following experience:

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, short-term rentals or property management, with minimum 2 years managing a team, ideally upto 10 people
• Must have hospitality, property management, revenue management and owner relations experience
• Proven track record at CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and guest experience function as HOD / Manager
• Experience with PriceLabs (or any revenue-management platform); Hostaway or an equivalent PMSA; good understanding of the Airbnb / OTA environment
• STR (short term rental) and villa operators experience covering dynamic pricing, guest experience, maintenance coordination and owner management as well as financial acumen
• Must have proven track record in Reservations and Revenue management - ESSENTIAL
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required
• Open to Cape Town based candidates only with Revenue and Reservations Management experience
