Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, short-term rentals or property management.
• At least 2 years of team management, ideally up to 10 people.
• Experience in CRM and guest experience functions as HOD/Manager.
• Proven track record in reservations and revenue management is essential.
• Familiarity with Airbnb/OTA environments and dynamic pricing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Cape Town-based candidates preferred with revenue and reservations management experience.
