An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised, professional and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join an established luxury holiday rental and property management company based in Knysna. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising booking opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, holiday rentals or guest-service administration
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple bookings, enquiries and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
• Confident communicating with discerning guests and providing professional customer service
• Strong sales ability with a proactive approach to converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking systems, task-management platforms and AI tools
• Experience with calendar synchronisation across multiple booking platforms advantageous
• Knowledge of Asana, Mailchimp and Sage advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Matric certificate, valid driver's licence and reliable own transport
• Must be available to work full-time from the Knysna office.
