Our client, a trend-setter in the luxury accommodation sector with a reputation for excellence and high standards, is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end reservation processes across multiple premium assets, ensuring operational precision and outstanding guest service.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Be part of setting up the entire reservations department at head office
• Set up systems, procedures, contracts and processes
• Build the property management systems in terms of room types and rates
• Manage the entire guest reservations process across various luxury properties.
• Ensure operational accuracy across distribution channels, including OTAs
• Maintain high standards in reservations and overall guest experience
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure asset readiness
• Monitor and control costs and quality within reservations operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in luxury villa, 5* boutique hotels with multiple properties as part of the portfolio
• Strong customer service orientation and operational knowledge
• Proven ability to manage systems administration related to reservations
• Excellent sales skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on site, Monday to Friday, in De Waterkant, Cape Town
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Well presented with excellent communication skills in English
