Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel or property management, including multi-unit properties.
• 3+ years in General Manager or senior role with full operational responsibility.
• Experience managing investor/owner relationships and onboarding clients.
• Hotel/5-star hospitality experience helpful with hotel-quality standards.
• Familiar with short-term platforms (Airbnb) and PMS like NightsBridge/Opera.
• Able to prepare owner reports, budgets, and monitor revenue/occupancy.
• Hands-on leader of on-site concierge and housekeeping teams.
• Attention to detail and strong communication with investors and staff.
• Proactive, solutions-driven with problem-solving ability.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate quickly.

? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of an established property management company specialising in upmarket short-term rental accommodation in Cape Town for an experienced and hands-on ???????? ??????? ??????? This is an exciting chance to lead a serviced apartment building in Cape Town, shaping the guest experience, the relationships with owners and the operating standards that will define the property. As the leader on site, you will be the person investors rely on to look after their asset, the face guests associate with outstanding service, and the manager the team turns to for direction. You will take full responsibility for the daily running of the building: overseeing all short-term letting activity from reservations, arrivals and departures to platform listings and occupancy, and leading the concierge and housekeeping teams. You will manage relationships with investors and owners, bring new clients into the management portfolio and deliver monthly owner reports on occupancy, revenue, maintenance and expenses. Keeping every unit, the pool deck, lobbies and shared spaces in immaculate condition, driving proactive maintenance, resolving guest and owner queries swiftly and upholding the brand's service standards at every touchpoint all form part of the role. ????????????

• At least 5 years' experience in Hotel Management, property management, serviced apartments or short-term rental operations, including essential experience in large or multi-unit buildings.
• A minimum of 3 years in a General Manager or senior management position with full operational responsibility.
• Proven experience managing investor and owner relationships and onboarding new clients into a managed portfolio.
• Hotel or 5-star hospitality experience will be advantageous, with a clear understanding of what a true hotel-quality standard looks like day to day.
• Working knowledge of short-term letting platforms such as Airbnb and Apply Below, as well as property management systems such as NightsBridge, Opera or similar.
• Financially competent – able to prepare owner reports, manage budgets and monitor revenue and occupancy targets.
• Confident, hands-on leader of on-site concierge and housekeeping teams.
• An exceptional eye for detail – nothing from a marked wall to an imperfectly made bed goes unnoticed.
• Strong, polished communicator, equally at ease with discerning investors and operational staff.
• Proactive and solutions-driven, with the drive to tackle problems head-on.
• Living in Cape Town or able to relocate without delay.
• South African citizens only.
