Job summary

Advtech is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage revenue-related accounting tasks in a shared services environment. You will process revenue GL transactions, support reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining SOP adherence.

You will also prepare write-offs, maintain customer master data, assist with audits and participate in adhoc projects such as D365 migration, contributing to monthly operational reporting and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience with financial accountant/ bookkeeper/ billing controller.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience within a Shared Service environment (Beneficial)
• 1 to 2 years’ experience with D365 (Beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Process revenue GL transactions accurately.
• Prepare bad debt write-off files for Brand approval.
• Prepare Small Balance Write offs (Dt and Ct).
• Compile the prescribed debit list.
• Compile the prescribed credit list.
• Consolidate reports required by Brands.
• Support Revenue Accountant with reconciliations of revenue GL accounts, Application & Enrolment fee and Sundry Receivables.
• Resolve queries within a 2-day period.
• Obtain documentation required by internal and external auditors.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects e.g. D365 migration.
• Provide input for monthly operational reporting.
• Perform quality checks on refund documentation.
• Maintain third party customer master data files.
