Job summary

Advtech is seeking a Senior Billing Administrator in South Africa to manage accurate student billing processes within the Student Lifecycle department. You will oversee invoicing, on-time statements, reconciliations, and data integrity while supporting revenue assurance and stakeholder collaboration.

Graduate with Grade 12 and a B.Com/B-Tech in accounting or credit management and at least 1 year in billing.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• B-Tech Credit Management or B.Com Accounting degree preferred.
• 1+ year of billing or similar experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices/statements to student accounts promptly.
• Ensure billing accuracy, compliance and reliability.
• Support revenue assurance through reconciliations.
• Manage master data and billing records in the database.
• Provide billing reports and monitor SLA performance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing.
