Job summary

SET Recruitment Consultants seeks a detail-oriented Reconciliation Clerk to join the finance team in a fully remote role for a UK-based organisation. You will reconcile revenue streams, analyze income, and support the Head of Finance (UK) with various accounting tasks in a distributed team.

The role requires 2–4 years in reconciliation or related finance work, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. This is a remote position with international exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping.
• 2–4 years in reconciliation, accounts, finance or bookkeeping.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile multiple revenue streams accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain control sheets for revenue streams and track policies.
• Perform income analysis across revenue streams.
• Process Rental Guarantee sales and postings.
• Manage finance-related diary entries and emails.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist Head of Finance (UK) with ad hoc duties.
• Ensure all work complies with procedures.
