Job summary

ADvTECH is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to perform revenue-related accounting and clerical tasks. You will ensure accurate processing of revenue transactions, support reconciliations for revenue GL accounts, and assist with SOP development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping or billing controller
• 1–2 years experience in a Shared Service environment (beneficial)
• 1–2 years experience with D365 (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and input for development of new SOPs
• Complete and accurate transactions for Revenue GL accounts; prepare bad debt write-offs, small balance write-offs, and compile debit/credit lists
• Consolidate reports required by Brands and support reconciliations for revenue GL accounts, applications & enrolment fee and sundry receivables
• Ensure timely query resolution within a 2-day period; gather documentation for auditors
• Execute ad-hoc projects as required (e.g., D365 migration)
• Provide input into monthly operational reporting
• Perform refunds quality checks and request additional documentation before approval
• Maintain third party customer master data and ensure accuracy of 3rd party customer support
