Qualifications

• Must have own transport and cell phone; valid driver’s license a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to protect and grow market share as per strategy.
• Contribute to store business plan aligned with company strategy.
• Support in Customer Service strategies and achieving high customer audits.
• Assist in stock control, shrinkage reduction, and cash handling processes.
• Lead and develop store staff, ensuring safety, discipline and appropriate training.
