Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to support daily store operations in Bloemfontein. You will drive sales by implementing customer experience processes, coach a team, manage stock and ensure compliance with store standards.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 and 1–2 years in retail with supervisory experience. The role focuses on achieving store KPIs and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to coach and develop a team
• Understanding of stock management and store operations

Responsabilités

• Drive sales through customer experience processes to meet service standards and sales targets
• Provide coaching and mentoring to store associates to enhance product knowledge
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked and replenished on the sales floor
• Monitor stock levels and conduct stock counts to mitigate stock loss
• Maintain stockroom housekeeping and conduct compliance checks (audits, reports, safety)
