Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through the implementation of customer experience processes to meet standards and achieve sales targets.
• Assist in driving and coaching store staff to achieve KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised, and replenished on the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels through counts and audits; implement stock loss action plans.
• Oversee stockroom housekeeping and compliance checks to ensure policy adherence.
