Job summary

Mr Price Group Limited in Limpopo is seeking a store supervisor to support daily operations, drive sales through customer experience processes, implement promotions, and ensure service standards are met and exceeded.

You will assist in leading the team to achieve store KPIs, oversee stock receiving, replenishment, counts and security, and perform policy compliance checks. The role requires Grade 12 and 1–2 years of retail supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer experience processes to meet service standards and achieve sales targets.
• Assist in driving the team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy in line with company values.
• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, and replenished to merchandise the sales floor; monitor stock levels and counts.
• Oversee compliance checks through admin, store audits, health & safety, and POS reports to enforce policies.
