Job summary

Mr Price Group Limited is looking for a store supervisor to support daily operations and help meet sales targets. You will drive customer experience, lead a small team and ensure stock is accurately received and merchandised on the shop floor.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail with supervisory exposure. A Grade 12 qualification is expected, and the position is on-site at our Limpopo location.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 1-2 years retail experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer experience processes to meet service standards and sales targets.
• Assist in driving the team to achieve store KPIs and provide coaching to staff.
• Manage stock reception, unpacking, merchandising and replenishment on the floor.
• Oversee stockroom housekeeping and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support compliance checks via store audits and admin reviews.
