PEPstores in Ladysmith is seeking a Supervisor to uphold store standards and drive sales through outstanding customer service and effective stock management at Murchison Mall. You will lead a dynamic team and promote a strong store image with accurate pricing.

The role requires Grade 12 and 1–2 years’ retail leadership experience, with strong communication and organisational skills and willingness to work retail hours.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years retail assistant leader/2IC experience preferred.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Responsabilités

• Increases sales by focusing on exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain store image, presentation and promotion of stock with correct pricing.
• Manage stock and losses; implement promotions and price changes as required.
• Ensure administrative duties are completed on time per guidelines.
• Lead a Dynamos team and foster Sikhula KunYe culture.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
