Job summary

PEPstores Lephalale is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team in driving sales, controlling costs, and upholding world-class store standards. You will oversee stock management, promotions, and administration to achieve KPI targets.

The role requires Grade 12, relevant business/retail qualification, and 1–2 years leadership experience in retail. Proficiency in Microsoft or Google tools and a passion for customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required with relevant tertiary education preferred.
• Degree or diploma in a business/retail field would be an advantage.
• Ideally 1–2 years experience in a retail leadership role.
• Computer literate with Microsoft and/or Google GSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store image, stock management and implement promotions.
• Minimise stock loss through healthy store culture and security procedures.
• Control costs by driving efficiencies in the store.
• Oversee store administration and lead training, coaching and performance of the team.
